IB Pet Privacy Policy

At IB Pet, your privacy is our priority. Astro Loyalty & Rewards Program

We partner with Astro Loyalty to manage our rewards programs. Astro is an industry-standard platform for independent pet retailers. Their privacy policy is available at www.astroloyalty.com.

Shared Information Includes:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Purchase history (for tracking rewards eligibility)
     

Astro may share limited data with participating Brand Sponsors for program fulfillment only.
 

Customer Access and Control

  • Manage your preferences in the Astro Loyalty app

  • Request opt-out at checkout or by contacting us

 

 

Social Media and Third-Party Services
